Career Launchpad for University Students
Welcome to Career Launchpad, where we empower university students to confidently transition from academics to the professional world. I know stepping into your first role can be daunting, and I approach this journey with the same dedication and seriousness I would in a boardroom.
What you leave with:
Every session ends with something concrete. A sharper CV, a stronger profile, and a tested interview approach, plus a short list of specific next steps you can act on the same day. I spent 28 years hiring and building teams across 30 countries. I know what recruiters look for because I was the person deciding.
75 minutes in person or by Zoom. £150.
Mentoring Services
Most career advice starts by asking what you want to do. If you do not know yet, that question is pressure, not help.
This conversation starts earlier. We look at who you are becoming, the thread through your choices, and what you are willing to commit to.
You have more evidence about yourself than you think, and most of it has never been shared with you.
You leave with a clearer read on your story, two or three directions worth testing, and specific ways to test them. Along with a polished CV to start your journey.
Career Compass
3 hrs and 45 minutes – 3 sessions in person or by Zoom. £350.
Your CV is your first impression. I give personalised feedback to help you highlight your skills and achievements, and I'll guide you in writing a compelling CV that stands out to recruiters and uses the keywords that get noticed.
CV Tune-Up
In today's job market, your online presence matters as much as your CV. I review your LinkedIn profile and give actionable advice on your headline, summary, and experience sections, and I'll show you how to build a professional network and use the platform to find opportunities.
